A full TREC format home inspection delivered to your buyers via email or hard copy sent the same day  as inspection; covering all aspects of the home. Color pictures and a handy summary page make understanding the inspection report a calm breeze for clients. Sprinklers, Septic, Well and gas systems are always included in the inspection fee....Never an add on!

-Our fees start at $325 and up according to size of the home and foundation type.

-Never any extra fees for Septic, Wells, Age of the Home or Sprinkler System Inspections.

Wood Destroying Insects Inspection (WDI)-

-Performed by our reliable group of associates, we will arrange WDI for the same time as the home inspection. There is no up-charge by JBHagan Home Inspections for this service.

$75 to $100 up to 2999 sq ft. or per WDI Inspectors quote.

Swimming Pool and Spa Inspection-

-Our 2 decades of swimming pool and spa experience translates into your client being able to completely understanding the condition of and what to expect with a pool or spa.

-With a home inspection $50

-Without a home inspections $80
